 The final day of the World Para Athletics Grand Prix in Berlin brought calm winds and sunny sky’s. Four South African Athletes would be in action. Hilton Langenhoven (Long jump, 200m), Zanele Situ (Javelin) Reinhardt Hamman (Javelin) and Sheldon Thomas (200m)

The final day of the World Para Athletics Grand Prix could not end on a better note for Paralympian Zanele Situ and Coach Karen le Roux. Zanele had a great javelin competition throwing a brand new personal best of 18,00m. It is the first time Zanele has reached the 18m mark, this is a great motivator as she heads for London in the next 3 weeks.
