Young Mokone on the right road to his goals
Denzel Mokone is a young para-cyclist who was a part of the first SASAPD para-cycling squad to compete in the CSA Youth Championships. Mokone shared his experience of the event, as well as his history in the sport and his aspirations both in cycling, and in general life.

History as para juniors compete in CSA Youth Championships
Eight junior para-cyclists competed in the CSA Youth Championships on 26-27 September. This is the first time that para-cyclists have taken part in the competition and SASAPD's para-cycling code convenor, Lizelle Cronje, reflected on the weekend in Oudtshoorn.

Miggels represents SASAPD on International panel
The SASAPD president, Jean Miggels, attended the 13th Cape Town International Sport and Peace Conference on the 22nd and 23rd of September as a panelist at the Nedbank Building in the Waterfront. The panel discussed the themes of sport, inclusion, mental health, and wellbeing.
